We want you to be fully satisfied with your SWIMS purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include all original tags and protective dust bags.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
